How to Enter
A finished film, a short statement, one letter, one form. No entry fee.

10 to 20 minutes including credits, 1080p or better. Upload as a YouTube link — private, unlisted, or public, your choice — and keep it active through judging and the April 11 reception. English subtitles if the dialogue is not in English.
Up to 250 words: your background, how you found your subject, and how you approached telling the story.
One letter, as a PDF, from a faculty member familiar with your work. Faculty: guidance for your letter is here.
